Ever wonder what living in a traditional Cycladic village is like?
Glinado House combines the quaintness of a true Aegean lifestyle with the homely, artistic comfort you come to from a cozy holiday accommodation. Towels, sheets, blankets, cups and plates, pots and pans, all you need is already here (if you can miss a landline telephone, that is). If you’re lucky, the neighbours might even bring you some fresh eggs and those famous Naxian potatoes from their farm. Yes, there’s even a small television, but with so much natural beauty around, will you really need it?

Glinado House is rented as one home for a minimum of one week. Opening the wooden gate from the quiet village alley brings you into the stone-walled courtyard, a safe place for kids to play. On the ground floor are the open plan kitchen, the living room with fireplace and a built in couch that can sleep one, a sitting area and a lavatory.
Up the stairs on the first floor are the bathroom, master bedroom with double bed and guest bedroom with up to three single beds or two singles and a baby cot. This room also has a large balcony to have an early evening ouzo with a bowl of Naxian olives looking out at the sea and Paros island. If you come with or hire a small car up to 4 meters long it can also be parked in our private back yard with direct access to the living room.
The house includes all the useful self-catering appliances like a washing machine, electric cooker and oven, two fridges and even sound docks for your iPod, so bring your Universal Dock Adapter to listen to your personal sunset playlist.
